A Holistic Combination of Modalities

Every person and situation is different and requires a unique way to approach it. It is therefore, in the combination of approaches, tailored to the individual and their needs, that true impact can be made.

My approach integrates modalities from across the psychological spectrum. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as my main approach and add aspects from Mindfulness, Systemic, Client-centred, Narrative and Existentialism Psychology.

The result is an approach that is tailored for and co-created with each individual depending on their needs.
